Where We Ship
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States via professional truck freight. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
Shipping Timelines
- In-stock caskets: Usually ship within 1–3 business days
- Custom orders: Typically completed in 3–10 business days
- Delivery transit time: 3–7 business days after shipment
We personally call you to schedule delivery once your casket is ready.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
- Free shipping applies only to business addresses (including funeral homes) on qualifying in-stock models.
- Important: Shipping carriers classify home-based businesses as residential deliveries, even if you operate a business from home. Residential delivery incurs an extra fee.
- Residential delivery (including homes and home businesses) is available for an additional fee, quoted at time of order.
- Free local delivery within 50 miles of Langlois, Oregon (no restrictions).
